If you read naruto online on chapter 510 you'll see Madara has been losen the left eyes. After using Izanagi, Sharingan Power on her right eyes has been turn off. Check this pictures more details.
This is another reason, why Madara need Sasuke, get the eyes and become more superior power. Interesting...

Actually your picture shows him allready using the rinnegan he took from Nagato and yes he did lose his left eye from using izanagi but he knew he would get even higher power afterwards so nuffin lost on his side
And I think he needs sasuke only as a bargaining chip co capture naruto if kabuto's plan doesn't succeed
